If you wish to cancel an order, you must inform us in writing within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to sastamarketbylalit@gmail.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation.” Please include your Order ID in the email.

If we receive your cancellation request before the goods have been dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund of the total order value minus the transaction fee incurred while processing your payment. This transaction fee is typically around 3.5% of the total order value, however this figure is subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Refunds section below.

If your cancellation request is received after the goods have been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the goods as per the Returns policy below.


RETURNS

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for clothing due to size or color changes.

However, if the product material is defective or torn, you may return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging within 7 working days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return Process

  • You must notify us of your intention to return the goods within 2 days of receiving the order by sending an email to sastamarketbylalit@gmail.com with the subject line “Order Return.”
  • Please include your Order ID and clearly mention the reason for return.
  • If returning only part of the order, clearly specify which item(s) you wish to return.

You must wait for our email approval before returning the goods. We may contact you to discuss the condition of the product(s).

Once approved, we will issue a Returns Form with a unique Returns Number. This form must be completed, signed, and included with the returned package.

Return Shipping Conditions

  • Returns must be sent via registered/recorded courier service that requires recipient signature.
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments and reserve the right to refuse returns not sent via registered/recorded delivery.

Product Condition

  • Items must be unused.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • If packaging is damaged or cannot be reused, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
  • Please retain your courier receipt as proof of return.

REFUNDS

Subject to full compliance with the Returns policy:

  • If the return is due to:
    • Damage during transit
    • Incorrect product delivered
    • Product materially different from the website description
    You will be entitled to:
    • Full refund of the product price(s)
    • Full refund of the original delivery charges
  • In all other approved cases:
    • Refund of the product price(s) minus the transaction fee
    • Original delivery charges will not be refunded

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If we reasonably believe the product has been used, no refund will be issued
  • If a refund is denied, you must arrange return delivery of the product back to yourself within 26 days of our receipt

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card / NEFT) within 2 working days of acceptance of the returned goods.
