If you wish to cancel an order, you must inform us in writing within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to sastamarketbylalit@gmail.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation.” Please include your Order ID in the email.

If we receive your cancellation request before the goods have been dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund of the total order value minus the transaction fee incurred during payment processing. This transaction fee is typically around 2.5% of the total order value, however, this may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds will be processed as per the Refunds section below.

If we receive your cancellation request after the goods have been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the goods in accordance with the Returns policy below.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for clothing due to size or color preferences.

However, if an item is defective, damaged, or torn, you may return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging within 6 working days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must notify us of your intention to return the product within 3 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to sastamarketbylalit@gmail.com with the subject line “Order Return.”
  • Please include your Order ID and clearly state the reason for the return.
  • If returning only part of the order, clearly mention which item(s) you wish to return.

You must wait for our email confirmation before returning the goods. We may contact you via email to discuss the condition of the item(s). Once approved, we will issue a Returns Form with a unique Returns Number. This form must be completed, signed, and included with the returned package.

  • Returns must be sent via registered/recorded courier service that requires a signature upon delivery and includes appropriate transit insurance, to the address mentioned on our website.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns and reserve the right to reject returns not sent via registered/recorded delivery.

Additional conditions:

  • Items must be unused.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • If packaging is opened or damaged beyond reuse, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
  • Please retain your courier receipt as proof of return in case the parcel does not reach us.

REFUNDS

Subject to compliance with the Returns policy:

  • If the return is due to:
    • Damage during transit
    • Incorrect product delivered
    • Product materially different from the website description
    You will be entitled to:
    • A full refund of the product price(s)
    • A full refund of the original shipping charges
  • In all other approved return cases:
    • You will receive a refund of the product price(s) minus the transaction fee
    • Original delivery charges will not be refunded

In all cases:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If we reasonably believe the product has been used, no refund will be issued
  • If a refund is denied, you must arrange return delivery of the item back to yourself within 26 days of our receipt

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card / NEFT) within 2 working days of acceptance of the returned goods.
